Thank you for deciding to enter politics. Canada has need of more men and women of talent who decide to practise this honourable profession.

Thank you for fighting to save the earth from global warming. You did not succeed this time, but in years to come Canadians will look back at this last election, and understand that you were right, and the Luddites in the Tory party were wrong on this issue.

Thank you for being an honourable MP. You have always paid respect to the traditions of our democratic parliament, unlike so many who seem to believe they were sent to a zoo, not a house of discussion.

We hope you continue to play an important role in our nation’s politics.
