In an earlier post I wondered what the Tory Sixty-Four were thinking at the time. I've done a bit of digging and unearthed the sad lament of Joe Goudie, who ran as a Tory candidate for the Labrador riding in 2006, and lost. He was a recipient of Tory HQ In & Out funding.
