Anybody notice what the underlying premise of Harper's constant Coalition ranting it?
The situation Harper fears is that he wins the most seats but not the majority in this election. Then he says in his Throne Speech, and sets out in his first budget ,his "March 22" budget, which he would have tabled if his government had not lost the confidence of the House due to its contempt for Parliament (my highlighting and underlining):
