The Cat wondered what had motivated some of the Tory candidates in 2006 who refused to participate in the Tory HQ In & Out Scheme. I found four of them: Inkay Mark, Helena Guergis, David Marler and Dave Mackenzie.
All four had concerns about the legality of the Tory scheme – it just did not pass their personal smell test.
