For a smart man, Jack Layton can be really stupid sometimes. One of those times is when he blindly follows the parroting of the Harper new Tories.
And a prime example of this gullibility is the NDP swallowing hook, line and sinker the Tory red herring of "make Parliament work".
Take this, for example:
