America has its Dodge City, home to more gunfighters working at one time than any other town, but we have our own gunfighter, David Dodge.
Our gunfighter is a Princeton PhD in economics, former head of our central bank, former deputy minister of finance from 1992 to 1997 when spending cuts reduced the federal deficit.
