Frank Graves has the lastest news: Harper has stalled, the new Tories are now falling, and the centre-progressive forces have beaten back the idea of a Harper majority.
In fact, EKOS has a projection that Harper might only win 131 seats (far less than the 156 he needs for a majority) and be faced with a combined NDP-LPC total which is 38 seats more than Harper gets:
