Like some travelling circus the story of the incompetence of Stephen Harper and of his Prime Minister's Office in the security vetting of his friend of 20 years, Bruce Carson, just keeps on travelling, and growing bigger and bigger as it goes.
War is a serious, deadly, bloody business. A nation owes its men and women fighting in its wars the duty of the highest care in running the war, so as to reduce the risks to the armed forces.
