Another day, another new fact emerges in the Harper-Carson Secrets saga. It turns out that the current head (and soon to retire) of the RCMP, William Elliot, was the man who authorized Bruce The Mechanic Carson's clearance for information in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) rated Secret:
